Dr. Smoke Shipping Policies
If you encounter issues with your order, we offer a refund policy to address eligible concerns. Please notify Dr. Smoke's shipping team within 14 days of the delivery date, providing relevant details and any supporting evidence.
Order Verification
To ensure security and prevent fraud, Dr. Smoke may hold orders for verification purposes for up to 1-2 business days. During this time, our shipping team may contact you to confirm order details. Please respond promptly to any verification requests so we can process and ship your order without delay. You will be contacted via the email or phone number provided at checkout. For questions regarding order verification, please contact our customer service team.
Product Concerns
Dr. Smoke's shipping team will assess requests for manufacturing defects, damaged goods, or fulfillment errors. Refunds are not available for taste preferences, personal choice, or potency concerns. Items purchased at sale prices are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Shipping Address Discrepancies
Dr. Smoke is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address if the shipping information provided during checkout is inaccurate. This includes but is not limited to missing or incorrect unit numbers, zip codes, PO Box number, etc. Dr. Smoke is not responsible for stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

USPS Ground Advantage

USPS Ground Advantage is our standard shipping option that provides reliable delivery to most locations within the continental United States. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on origin, destination, and current postal service conditions.
USPS Shipment Discrepancies
If a delay occurs with an order once it has been picked up from our shipment facility we would recommend contacting USPS with the USPS tracking number received via email. They can provide more information about that shipment and provide assistance in getting that discrepancy resolved. Here is the best number to call for this assistance: 1(800)275-8777.
Shipment Protection Policy
Route Shipment Protection: When you purchase Route shipment protection, your package is fully covered against loss, damage during transit, or theft. Route protection provides comprehensive coverage of the following:
- Lost Packages: Claims can be filed 7 days after shipping information stops being scanned or updated. Claims can be filed directly with Route, or we can work with Route to process your claim to provide a replacement or full refund.
- Stolen or Improperly Delivered Packages: Claims can be filed 5 to 30 days from the marked delivery date.

Damaged Packages: Claims must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date
Photos of damaged items and packaging will be required for claim processing
Standard USPS Mail Coverage: If you choose not to purchase Route protection, your shipment will still include basic coverage through either the USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail options.
- Insurance Coverage: All Ground Advantage and Priority Mail shipments include $100 insurance coverage at no additional cost. This coverage protects against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

Claims Process: Claims must be approved by USPS before we can process any resolution. Upon USPS claim approval, we can provide:
- Full refund or replacement for orders up to $100 in value
- Refund of original shipping costs
- For orders over $100 in value, coverage is limited to $100 plus shipping costs
Important Limitations: For packages valued over $100, only the first $100 of merchandise value is covered with standard USPS Mail Coverage. Additional insurance must be purchased separately for higher-value shipments. USPS claim approval is required and processing times may vary.
Refund Approval
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for that transaction. For further information or assistance, please contact our customer support team.
Security Notice: Address Verification
To protect you from unauthorized purchases and payment fraud, orders with different billing and shipping addresses may require additional verification before processing. This typically takes 1-2 business hours during normal business hours.
Why do we do this?: Different addresses are sometimes used in fraudulent transactions, so we verify these orders to protect both you and our business from unauthorized charges.
Shipping Restrictions
Products containing Delta-8 THC cannot be shipped to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.
Products containing THCA with Total THC content above 0.3% cannot be shipped to the following states: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.
Products containing Kratom cannot be shipped to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Wisconsin.
Kratom products also cannot be shipped to the following counties and cities: Sarasota County (Florida), San Diego County (California), City of Oceanside (California), City of Alton (Illinois), City of Jerseyville (Illinois), Edwardsville County (Illinois), City of Columbus (Mississippi), Union County (Mississippi), Ascension Parish (Louisiana), Franklin Parish (Louisiana), Rapides Parish (Louisiana).
Products containing Amanita Muscaria cannot be shipped to Louisiana, where this substance is illegal.
